Viscount Craigavon, the Prime Minister, is assured of a substantial majority in the Northern Irish elections in which the chief interest is centred on the Republieans' onslaught on four seats held by Nationalists. It is assumed that Mr. de Yalera will follow the old line of absention. Should he take the oath however, and attend Parliament he will find the rules so cireumscribed that he will not have an opportunity of raising constitutional issues.
