Shanghai, Nov. 27. It is reported that Nanking planes flew over important points where rebel troops are concentrated at Fukien and dropped leaflets announging their intention to carry out an aeria] bombardment of Foochow unless the troops rejoin the Government. The navy is also preparing to blockade Foochow and Amoy. Chinese-owned steamers are being commandeered for 'the purpose of speedy transportation of Government troops to points on the Southern Chekiang coast.
