Mr. A. H. Osbourn, of Kingston-on-Thames, siaid he left his car in Mill Lane and on his return found the tyres had been let down. Mrs. Bromfield said that Mr. Osbourn had parked his car in front of her house on nine consecutive days, and she deliberately deflated the tyres to call attention to the nuiaance. She had asked M'r. Osbourn to move his car, but he would not do so. She was afraid that an accident would be caused because the car was left in the lane in th'e evening without lights. The summons was dismissed on payment of 23s costs, the chairman remarking that Mrs. Bromfield had no right to take the law into her own hands.
