RESULTS OF MEETING HELD BY ROTORUA CLUB The weather was dull, but fine for the continuation of the Rotorua Amateur Athletic and Cycling Club's series of evening sports meetings at the Government Grounds on Friday evening, and there was a satisfactory attendance. Good competition was witnessed in all the events and interest was created by the feat of Herewini in establishing a club record in the javelin event by throwing it 190 i feet 3 inches on a handieap of 52' feet.
