FATAL MISTAKE
Thames, Saturday. John Martin Malkus, aged 58 years married, of Auckland, canvasser and hawker, dranlc a bottle of fly poison by mistake yesterday. J He was admitted to the Thames hospital, and died in the afternoon. It is stated that Malkus mistook the bottle which was on the table alongside a bottle of beer at a friend's residence, where he was staying.
