iSt. John's, Nov. 24. The Premier announced that the members of his United Newfoundland Party in the Legislature had unanimously approved of th'e recommendations in the Royal Commission report on the proposal that Newfoundland return to a colony status and other I sweeping changes in the Government ,system.
