Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Paterson and Miss M. Paterson (Wellington) are staying at the Grand Hotel. Mr. W. E. Rushworth (Tuakau) and Mr. S. I. Goodall (Auckland) are staying at Brent's Bathgate House. Mr. J. C. M. Simmers, late Auckland hospital staff, is staying at the Bungalow. It is understood that Mr. Simmers intends to commence practising dentistry in Rotorua very shortly. iSir James Gunson and Mr. C. Nathan (Auckland) returned to the Grand Hotel yesterday from Wth'akatane. Mr. P. WI. Hassall (Torquay, Eng.) is at Brent's Biathgate House. Recent guests at the Empire Hotel were Mr. and Mrs. A. McLennan, Mr and Mrs. A. McLauighlan (Edinhurgh), Mr. and Mi-'s. W). M. Gould (Perth), Mr. and Mrs. Piddington (Waimate), Mr. and Mrs. Shierlaw (Auckland), Mr. and Mrs. C. Webster (Christchurch), Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Bennett (Palmerston TSTorth), Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Lawrence (Wellington), Mr. and Mrs. P. Foley (Timaru), Mr. and Mrs. Quinlan (Napier), Miss L. Smith (Central Otago), Mrs. Hawkins and Mrs. Beattie (Gisborne).
