ST. LUKE'S GIRLS' CLUB. FAREWELL TO REV. S. B. R. CORBIN. To close their social activities for the year, St. Luke's Girls' Club held a very enjoyable dance in the Parish Hall last Friday evening, and also opportunity wias taken at the function to bid farewell to the Rev. S. B. R. Corbin, who is leaving Rotorua to take up new duties at Ormondville. tThe hall was prettily decorated with multi-coloured streamers and ferns, while black paper curtains adorned with vivid gold butterflies created a cosy note in the decorations. During the evening presentations were made to Mr. Corbin on behalf of the vestry and the Girls' Club, to which he suitably responded. The Rev. J. C. Young (Presbyterian) extended the best wishes of his church to Mr. Corbin in ' his new duties and wished him every success. Among the club committee present. were: — (Miss M. Mactier, who wore black lace; Miss R. Owens, black lace; M'iss N. Allen, powder blue floral georgette; Miss K. Murray, ivory silk net; Miss R. Cannell, salmon pink satin; Miss G. Holland, ebony georgette; Mrs. W /. Mathieson, black siatin. Miss D. Corlett, black georgette; Miss K. Hall, black lace; Miss M. Ruddy, powder blue pique voile; Miss H. Ford, apricot floral georgette; Miss J. Barber, cherry satin; " 'Miss R. Skenken (Auckland), black panne velvet; Miss G. Dillon, betty blue taffeta; Miss J. Winslade, apricot embroidered organdie; Miss R. Munro, blue checked organdie; Miss Y. Higham, maroon satin. Miss J. Allen, Venetian blue georgette; Miss 0. Manson, daffodil floral georgette; Miss R. Manson, white pebble crepe; Miss M. Downey, cherry checked organdie; Miss J. Wallace, lapricot satin; Miss S. Wilson, ivory silk net; Miss C. Wilson, blue and white checked or. gandie; Miss E.
