LEADS TO ARREST OF PICTURE MAN IN MEXICO

Mexico City, Nov. 22. Lee Tracy, cinema star, who is making a film in Mexico entitled "Viva Villa," and who was arrested on charges that he had "insulted the Mexican Government . and .off ended publie morals," has been released ' through the intervention of the United States Ambassador.
