Rose Petals Wanted
In .order to accumiilate supplies for a battle' of flowers which will be staged during the fortheoming Christmas Carnival celebrations, the Rotorua Borough Adyancement Committee has decided to pay one penny a lb for rose petals. Commencing frqm Saturday next these may be left at the council yard between 10 and 11 a.m. It is stipulated that the petals should be dry when handed in.
