London, Nov. 15. The News-Chronicle sqys that though Mr. J. H. Thomas told tl^e House of Commons he did not intend to drag the Dominions into the Irish dispute, it is hoped they will be consulted, because they are virtually concerned and undoubtedly had; been shocked to hear a British Minister say the Dominions had rig-hts to seeure and that no steps had been taken to protect them.
