(Rec. Nov. 14, 11 p.m.) London, November 14. The Daily Mail, in a leader on disarmament says: "Our air weakness invites attack of the most dangerous kind. It is of vital importance to raise the strength of the British Air Force to 5000 machines and negotiate a defensive alliance with France."
