TRAPPED IN FACTORY FIRE.

FUMES OYERCOME FIREMEN. Two girls and a man were trapped whexx fire broke out recently at the North ern Feather Works, Cordova Road, London. They escaped through a small window, after groping for 20 minutes through smoke. Th'e fumes were so overpowering that two firemen fainted. Mr. A. Braybrook, an employee of ' the firm, told a Daily Mail reporter: "Miss Parsons, Miss Williams, and I were working in a room in the back ' of the factory, when we noticed smoke. W© rushed out of the room and found ourselves cut off. "We eventually found an open window in another department, and I lifted the two girls out."
