Wellington, Monday. An order for the deportation of Frederick Irvine (32) chemist, was made in the Magistrate's Court today, when he was charged with stowing away on the Maunganui from Sydney and being a prohibited immigrant. The police said he arrived with only a penny in his possession. He gave a false name to fth'e police, but his finger-prints disclosed tbat he had been guilty of a number of offences in Australia. He was discharged from Geelong gaol on January 7.
