LEADING AIR POWER London, October 29 The! Sunday Chronicle states that j Japan is determined to create tbe world's leading air force. The new policy aims at training large numbers of soldiers and sailors to fly; boys between 15 and 18 are to be taught to bccome pilots and mechanics, thus creating a large reserva of aviators. The naval air arm is being doubled in strength.- Japan is now manufacturing her own fighters and bombers, a Freneh technical mission being the advising authorities.
