The New York Times' Mexico Gity correspondent says all the attention of the Government to-day was centfed on "a plot diseovered within the army to produce a Communistic overturn in Mexico. The President, General Roderiguez, went to the Tehuacan in the State of Puebla for a conference with General Calles, in which also twenty comManders of military areas particiipated. Reports have been received of widespread subversive activities and it is indicated that many arrests all over the country will be made.
