Rugby, October 29 It is understood that when the rennan Ambassador called at the 'oreign Office yestcrday, Sir John .imon drew attention to the circumtances of the arrest of the Munich prrespondent of the Daily Telegraph, tr. Noel Panter, and took the opbrtunity to reinforce the points jtade by the British Ambas'sador in erlin in his offieial inquiries at the ferman Foreign Office. (A resolution passed unanimously y the exeeutive of the Institute of Durnalists in London expresses surrise and indignation at Mr. Panter's irrest. It urges the British Governlent to make every effort to secure is early release. .
