PRESIDENT SEARCHING FOR MEMBERS OF NEW r ' CABINET CONFUS'ION PREYAILS
-By Telegraph — Copyright) .
Paris, Octoher 24 The political confusion is complete. The President's task of f orming a Ministry is unusually difficult, because his existing majority, as well as the Government's, has suffeied a mortal blow. The Socialists' wings are definitely divided and the breach is apparently irrepatable between tbe Radicals and orthodox Socialists. The Left majority, which swayed Parliament, is irreinediably broken. The urgeney for a strong 'Govetnment is recogniSed, but all f Crecasts are at present guesswork. • The crisis does not affect France's disarmament p'osition at Geneva. M.' Herriot, who has been ill recently,f 'iis mentioned as the probable Priftie Minister. ■ . '
