London, October 23 Probably owing to recent RussoGerman disagreements the chances of Americo-Russian rapprochment are being welcomed in Moscow which has bad to give a guarantee to refrain from Communist propaganda in tbe United States. America for her part will receive substantial politieal and economic advantages. Britain's attitude iS of importance to all concerned for the Rnsso-American agreement v/ill seriously threaten British trade. The Russian press is entbusiastic over Mr. Roosevelt's deeision and features rvorld press opinions.
