(Rec. 11 p.m.) Dublin, October 19. In the Senate the three Constitution Bills vrere read a secohd time. Miss Kathleen Brown, speaking on the Bill said that gunmen outside tiie Hbuse were piitting the Government in the position of the man facing a mad bull and throwing off scraps bf clothing to keep the chase from becoming overhot.
