SGQRES .IN CHEESE London, October 17At the Dairy Show Empire oompetittons in the butter salted class, Downs Oo-operative Company, Goomtiungee (Queensland), wias first with 97i points; in the unsalted section Adelaide Mfilk Supply Co-operative was first with 97 points. The quality of the butters favourably impressed the experts. Their general excellence was shown by the fact .that the lowest points awarded for unsalted were 88 and f'or salted 90. In th'e cheese section Kelso Cooperative Company, New Zealand, was first; Downs (Lilyvale), 2; Awarua Co-operative, Winton (New Zealand) 3; Fairfax Oo-operative (Otautau, New Zealand), reserve; Downs (Wyreema), Waianiwa Co-operative (New Zealand) were highly commended; Wright's Bush Co-operative (New Zealand) and Lowgarth Co-operative (New Zealand) were commended.
