Berlin, Oct. 17. Baron von Swindren, a well-known Dutch journalist, has been arrested in the lobby of the Court in which the Reichstag fire trial is being conducted. It is believed the arrest is the outcome of a newspaper article which is regarded as offensive by General Goering, the Administrator in Prussia. The Baron was released later.
