DECISION TO FINALLY CALL IMPORTANT WITNESSES
(Press Assn.-
DIMITROFF ALLOWED BACK
— By Telegraph — Copyright).
Berlin, Oct. 17. The public prosecutor has demanded that General Goering, Herr Goebels, Herr Heines (police chief at Breslau), Connt Ilelldorf (leader of the Berlin storm troops), and Herr Sehulz, all of whom are accused in the "Brown Book" should be called as witnesses at the Reichstag trial. No doubt the court will acquiesce in the demand. Later. The court subsequently agreed to call General Goering and the others whom the "Brown Book" accused of planning the fire. Dimitroff, one of the accused, has been allowed to return to the court, which is considering his request to inspect the "Brown Book" which he has not hitherto seen.
