He instances Australia and claifiis that he lost £4000 over a 10,000 acre farm scheme in the Comomnwealth where he grew produce but could not market it: He states^that nearly 4000 others failed under similar circumstances. He alleges that the governments of Britain, Australia and Victoria repudiated' their responsibility in the matter.
