PROSPECTS IN ENGLAND
London, Oct. 16. Mr. H. Collins, the well-known owner, is willing to match Strathcorron against Winooka over five furlongs for £1000 aside, with a side bet of £500, provided the race is run at Hurst Park. Sporting Life expresses the opinion that other owners would be glad to provide matches with Winooka in England next season.
