GOVERNMENT’S DUTY
UPHOLD THE C.OVENANT (Rec. 7 p.m.) London, Oetober 17 Mr. Arthur Henderson, president of the Disarmament Conference, in a broadcast, emphasised that every Government's duty was to uphold the League covenant and the Paris Pact which alone would enable disarmament and security for peace. "We cannot allow international anarchists to overthrow law and ,order," he said.
