-By Telegraph — Copyright) .
(Rec. 7.15 p.m.) London, October 13 When th'e diseussion was resumei in the Dail on the three bills amending the Constitution, Deputy O'Neill asked if the King was now, finally irrevocably dead constitutionally. Mr de Valetta did not reply. Mr. McDermott asked if the bills would effect the Lough Erne fishing case going to the Privy Councii. Mr. de Yalera said the result would be nullified if it conflicted with the decision of the Irish Supreme Court. The Dail passed the third reading of the bills, which go to the Senate, which is entitled to hold them up for 12 months. Professor O'Sullivan, protesting on the motion to adjourn until November 15, said that it was necessary to watch' the de Valera Government. which was armed with immense powers under ithe Public Safety Act and applied them irresponsibly and tyranically. Mr. de Valera, summing up, criticised both the I.R.A. and the Blue Shirts. The popition, he said, was difficult and dangerous and the Government would not loosen control. The Dail adjourned until November 15. The principal elections were postponed from November to July, th'e opposition .twitting the Government that it feared the defeat of its supporters.
