THE REICHBANK ABOLISHED LEAVING HERR SCHACHT DICTATOR NEW POLICY FORECASTED

(Rec. 7.50 p.m.) London, October 10 The Bank of International Settlements at Basle, having agreed to waive its right under the Young Plan to veto the amendments, tbe Reichbank has been abolished, leaving Herr Schacht virtually financial dictator of Germany. The way is now considered clear for hina to raise the general level of prices and of fixed interest securities. The ultimate object will. be a loan conversion at a low rate of interest.
