THE LEAGUE BUDGET
BRITISH DELGATES WANT A NEW SYSTEM ADOPTED Rugby, October 6. The British delegates' criticism of the League of Nations' budgetary system made at yesterday's sitting of the assembly's fourth committee, were directed not at the details of the budget or at the activities of the League, but merely on the method of budgeting. The Secretary-General and chairman of the Supervisory Committee have now undertaken to study the subject in the light of the British delegates' remarks.
