man contemplating suicide tests poison on a boy wanted it painless

Vienna, October 6. In order to test whetlier a poison with which he intended to commit suicide would cause him pain, Theodore Wichtel, a vineyard worker, . aged 27, give it on a lump of sugar to a bcy aged five. The boy died in agony. Wichtel was arrestfed, and be confessed his crime.
