(Rec. 8.45 p.m.) London, Sept. 29. The itinerary has heen arranged for the cruise of five destroyers which are to proceed to Australia on loan from the Royal Navy: The vessels are: H.M.S. Stuart (Capt. A. G. Lilley ) , H.M;.S. Vampire (Gommander Howden), H.M.S. Waterhen (Lieut. CQmmander Rosenthal), H.M.S. Vende'tta (Lieut. Cqmmander. Dqnqvan), and H.M.S. Voyager (Lieut. Cpmm.ander Stewart). Gaptain Lilley will be in charge qf -th'e destrcyer flptilla while it is in Australian waters. ' After the departure of the destroyers from theor various home ports on Octoher 17 and a rendezvous in the Chaniiel, they will arrive at Gibraltar on October 22 departing on October 24. They will visit Aden, Pqlomho and Singapore and arrive at Darwin on Deeember 8, Brisbane hane Decemher 17, and Sydney on Deeember 21. Twelve R.N. officers and 280 men will -sail with the destroyers disembarking at Singapore where they will proceed to various stations in the Far East. They will be replaced by a corresponding number of Australian officers and men, this change-over representing a considerable saving in passage money.
