JUDGMENT FOR DEBT ENTERED IN ROTORUA COURT The following judgments in civil cases were entered in the Rotorua Magistrate's Court yesterday morning by Mr. S. L. Paterson, S.M. Commissioner of Taxes v. W. T. Pakes, £6 9s Id, costs 15s; G. A. Gamman and Co. Ltd. v. C. Ward, £2 18s 6d, costs 14s, solicitor's fees 15s I 6d; Urquhart and Roe v. M. J. Heffren, £1 11s 6d, costs 8s; same v. L. G. Wells, £3 3s, costs 8s; solicitor's i fees 15 s 6d; same v. L. G. Wells and Eva M. Wells (sepai-ate estate), £11 16s lld and costs aga'inst E. M. Wells. In judgment summons Isaac Matenga was ordered to pay S. I. Beton £11 15s 6d and costs £1 ls, in default 11 days' imprisonment; C. Kercopa to pay M. Roland £15 16s 3d, costs £1 ls in default 15 days' imprisonment; .Baldy Heretaunga to pay L. Mitton £7 0s 6d in default 7 days' imprisonment, warrant to be suspended on payment of 10s per .month from October 20.
