In judgment summons Isaac Matenga was ordered to pay S. I. Beton £11 15s 6d and costs £1 ls, in default 11 days' imprisonment; C. Kercopa to pay M. Roland £15 16s 3d, costs £1 ls in default 15 days' imprisonment; .Baldy Heretaunga to pay L. Mitton £7 0s 6d in default 7 days' imprisonment, warrant to be suspended on payment of 10s per .month from October 20.
