no. 4 licensing authority decisions on recent applications The No. 4 District Transport Licensing Authority has released the following decisions in respect to applications for continuous goods service licenses heard at Rotorua on September 4 — G. M. Daniel, Kaingaroa. — Authority to operate one vehicle over highway No. 18, between Rotorua and the Galatea turn-off at Waiotapu and over that portion of highway No. 24 between Te Teko and Edgecumbe. William McKenzie, Rotorua. — Authority to operate one vehicle over No. 18 highway between Rotorua and Ngakuru via Horohoro twice daily. Matthew Graham, Rotorua. — Authority to operate one vehicle over Maraeroa highway No. 324, and Hamilton-Rotorua highway No. 18, for the section Matamata County boundary to Rotorua only, subject also to the following restriction : "The licensee is not to convey timber "from Mamaku to Rotorua or from Rotorua to Mamaku." William Llewellyn Richards, Rotorua. — Authority to operate one vehicle over highways in the Rotorua and Whakatane Counties. Norman Mitchell Keane, Rotorua. — Authority to operate two vehicles over highways in Rotorua County. Laurence Danaher, Rotorua. — Authority to operate one vehicle over highways in Whakatane and Rotorua Counties.
