Melbourne, Thursday. Driving through a blinding rainstorm near Mittagong, Mr. Stephen Ottowa, the well-known racing motox--ist, died suddenly at the wheel. He was hurrying to catch a steamer for Launceston where his xnother is critically ill. His wife, who was accompanying him, had to wait with. the dead man ixx the car for nearly an hour before a passing motorist arrived. - —
