WON BY RICHARDSON Melbourne, Sept. 15. The final of the professional championship of Australia played to-day was won by S. Richardson (N.S.W.) who defeated A. Spenc'e (Vic.), 9 and 7. Richardson was playing at his best and is the most orth'odox player in Austrhlia- Spence made a big bid to win the doubl'e for the Yarra Yarra. Gold Club.
