MR. HENDERSON PRESIDES AT THE WEEK-END MEETING

Rugby, Sept. 14. Captain R. A. Eden, Under-Seere-tary for Foreign A'ffairs, wlio is going to Paris at the week-end to discuss various points regarding disarmame'nt with the members of the French Government, had conversations at the Foreign Office with the Pr'esident of the D'isarmament Conference (_Mr. A. Henderson) , and afterwards with the chief Ameriean delegate, Mr. Norman Davis„ Sir John Simon, the British Foreign Ministeiq who is at present in Scotland, will lead the British delegation at the Geneva meetings later in the month. . .
