TO CONTEST LOCAL ELECTIONS WITH DEFINITE POLICY

London, Sept. 14. The United. Ireland Party will contest local elections on November 14. The party demands that the Government pay county councils £1,000,000 from the central fund in order to felieve the paymeiit of agricultural rates, because the economip war has destroyed farmers' incomes.
