CAMPAIGN LAUNCHED TO SUPPRESS THE MENACE APPEAL FOR HELP

(Rec. 7.50 p.m.) Calcutta, Sept. 13. The Indian Chamber of Commerce has taken the first step towards a campaign throughout Bengal to fight terrorism. It urges businessmen to rouse the public to fight the menaee and is appealing for the co-operation of the Government in attaining this "genuine, spontaneous end." It also appeals to all Englishmen to join in the mobilisation of public opinion.
