RECONCILIATION LIKELY WITH GERMAN NAZIS
Vienna, Sept. 11. Dr. Dolfuss, the Chancellor, declaring his policy before a patriotic audience of 70,000, announced the termination of the era of Marxism and capitalism in Austria in favour of authoritative leadership on a Christ and guild basis. He hinted at a reconciliation with Germany, which he described as Austria's elder brother. He refrained from identifying himself with any existing Cabinet group.
