MEMORIAL SERVICE HELI) IN WESTMIN STER ABBEY r Rugby, September 11. The King, the Prince of Wales, the Prime Minister and Mr. Stanley Baldwin were represented at the memorial service for the late Viscounc Grey of Fallodon to-day in Westminster Abbey. The large congregation included Statesmen, Amhassadors, Peers and Members of Parliament, representative of all parties, as well as representatives of organisations of various kinds with which the late Viscount was associated. Sir John Simon, Lord Hailsham and Mr. J. H. Thomas, were among the members of Cabinet present. Mr. Lloyd George, Mr*. Wilnston Churchill and several other former Minister ial colleagues of the late statesman ,also attended.
