(Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rome, September 5 The colossal statue of Signor Mussolini which it is proposed to erect on the summit of Monte Maria, the highest hill in Rome, will contain two stair cases in order that visitors may enjoy a panorama of the city through II Duce's eye-sockets.
