The "B" team were the first to score and at haJf time had established a three goal lead. They h'ad made more use of their opportunities than their -opponents and when the - hall came to their goalaes after smart passing' houts, the goal shooting was decisive. After the interval, the A team settled down to concentrated work but it was well on towards the . end of the game before they managed to make up. the leeway. Then the fortunes alternated again and excitement was intense as time approached with the scores level. Finally the "AV took the lead hy two^ goals hut a determined rally hy the "B's'? reduced the margin to one and at the eall of time this was all the margin that separated them.
