By Telegraph — Copyright).
(Rec. 9.30 p.m.) London, August 25. There was an angry scene at a Limerick Corporation meeting over a proposal that a civic weleome be extended to Mr. de Valera when he visits the city on August 27. One member protested that Mr. de Valera "had the impudence to come to Limerick at a time when he was applying his coercion act to one section of the people." On the Lord Mayor's suggestion the proposal was withdrawn.
