SHAW'S "PYGMALION." A most enjoyable reading of Bernard Shaw's "Pygmalion" was given by members of the afternoon literary society of the Women's Club at the honie of Mrs. S. Wallis, in Pukaki St., last Friday afternoon. The drawing room was fragrant with spring doffodils. and hyacynths, and the hostess received the guests in an afternoon gown of maroon georgette. Among those present were Mrs. H. Bertram, Mrs. G. Walsh, Mrs. H. H. Davis, Mrs. R. Stewart,, Miss M. Mactier, Miss Y. Wallis, Miss A. Searell, Miss D. Griffiths, Miss G. La Trohe Hill, Miss J. Bertram.
