Mrs. Newman, of Hokitika, is visiting Rotorua and is a guest pf Mrs. L. J. Bayfeild, of Pukeroa Hill. Mrs. W. Salmon, of Whakatane, spent last week-end with Mrs. J. Ruddy, of Hinemoa St., and left by the express on Monday for Aucklan.d. Miss Shirley Qrnjond, of {xishprn.e, is spending a golfing holiday in Rotorua and is staying at Brents Bathgate House. " l Miss Dorothy Arpiitage, of Taurange, is yisitipg Rotorua and is the guest of Mrs. C. Young, of the Baqk of Australasia. Mrs. B. M'. ,Gre.en and family leave to-morrow to spend the holiday vacation at Murray's Bay, Auckland. Mrs. C. Mellsop, of Rotorua, returaed by the Mariposa last Friday after a holiday visit to Honoluiu and 'ihe United States.
