RELEASE ARRANGED
(Rec. 7.50 p.m.) London, August 3. Avro officials secured the release of Mr. Ulm's engines with an undertaking that they will be refitted into the monoplane and not used in England. Repairs, which are being effected at Manchester, are expected to be complete in a fortnight.
