London, August 2. Tfye Mail says that despite Mr. Ulm's protest that he will resume the trans-Atlantic flight at the earliest possible moment, the Liverpool customs officials have seized the engines of his aeroplane and locked them in a shed pending the payment of duty, believed to be £300, because they were made in America.
