JAPAN PREPARED TO SEND DELEGATES TO LONDON CONDITIONS IMPOSED

Rec. 7.50 p.m. London, August 3. The Daily Telegraph's Tokio correspondent telegraphs that Japan is prepared to send delegates to the trade conferenee which is being convened in London by the British President of the Board of Trade, Rt. Hon. W. Runciman, but only on condition that any agrqfement in regard to cotton yams and textiles is connned to Britain, Palestine, Ceylon, East Africa and the Straits Settlement, are all mentioned. There is no suggestion of separate agreements with the Dominions.
