JAPAN DETERMINED TO RECOVER LOANS TO CHINA WILL SEIZE SERVICES

Kobe, July 31. The newspaper Asahi 'asserts that the military authorities contemplate drastic measures to recover overdue loans from China, the pretext being afforded hy the alleged loans com cluded during Mr. T. V. Soong's recent visit to England and America. The proposal is to make extensive seizures of telephone and telegraphs on which several Japanese loans are secured.
