ALLOCATION OF PROCEEDS OF MY LUGKY CHANGE ART UNION Wellington, Tuesday. AccOrding to an announcement by the Minister of Internal Affairs (Hon. J. A. Young) to-night, the proceeds of My Lucky Chance art union for which tickets are at present being sold, will be divided between the relief of distress (£10,000) and the New Zealand Returned Soldiers' Association, Auckland branch (£2000). •The distribution of the £10,000 will be on a similar basis to that adopted in the case of the 'two previous art unions. It will be based on the principle of distributing an allocation to every district showing an allocation of 30 or more unemployed.
